Today I had to go down to Columbia to see my rheumatologist. It’s an hour and 15 minutes each way, but there isn’t a closer one who takes my insurance.
So we loaded Felix up and headed down.
When we got there, Felix was so good. He just lay down in front of me while I filled out the intake paperwork. Brad got a couple of pictures. I am in a green dress and Felix is in his newly revamped prototype vest that Karin made, which is purple.
Then we went back to the room, where we got pictures of me and Felix with the exam table in the background, and several of Brad in his new mint suit with copper plaid stripes on it that he got off of Vine.
The visit with the doctor was short, there haven’t been any changes with me, and so no changes in my meds were necessary. Felix was perfect the entire time. The doctor even remarked on how well behaved he is.
Then we did the long 1 hr 15 min drive home. The girls were happy to see us when we got home!
