I had a pretty difficult afternoon today, and needed something special to bring brightness to my day. So it was time for a banana milk smoothie! This is similar to a banana milkshake, only no ice cream and a little thinner. Here is a picture of the banana milk, which is a light tan smoothie filling up about half of a mason jar with a pink silicone straw sticking out of it.
1 frozen banana, sliced
8-10 ice cubes
1/8 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
dash cinnamon
3/4 cup milk (I use almond milk)
Blend together and serve! Super tasty.
