I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed tonight and kinda wanting to not be doing what I’m doing anymore. Hestia’s been great. I have to talk, and then when she hears the tone of my voice when I’m like this she comes running and jumps on my chest.
She then lies there and sometimes does some lick attacking on me. I give her treats every 5 min or so, and we are happy.
A few times I’ve felt better and she’s gone away, but then the anxiety and worry and depression returns. As soon as I voice it, she comes running back and pounces on my chest again, happily.
She’s an awesome dog, and I couldn’t do it without her!
