Perfect! 1

Yesterday Hestia was practically perfect, and today she was 100% perfect! I am so proud!

Yesterday we went to the grocery store and Hestia was very nearly perfect, only attempting to sniff twice but otherwise staying in heel and doing nice sit stays while I got items off of shelves.

This morning I had to go to the dentist. Hestia heeled perfectly, I didn’t even need to hold the leash! She was great on my lap while the dentist examined my teeth.

I have been having some intense tooth pain, so the dentist adjusted my bite and told me to use sensodyne for two weeks and see if that helped. That meant he had to do some sculpting of my teeth to adjust the bite. Hestia just chilled on my lap the whole time, not even caring (except to wonder where the air used to blow off bubbles in my teeth came from!). She was also excellent during X-rays, hanging out underneath my lead apron.

Afterward, we went to a store we had never been to before to get sensodyne. She was PERFECT in the store! She heeled perfectly, looked at me a ton, and did a great sit stay while I agonized over which one to get (there were like 12 options of sensodyne there!).

When we were checking out, the cashier commented on how much she loved Hestia’s galaxy vest! I told her it’s my favorite vest, too. She said she much preferred it to the solid color vests she usually sees 🙂
